A recent project Benchmark Services completed in Avalon, NJ was an exterior renovation and sunroom addition. This was a design build project that was completed on the exterior to blend in with the existing construction while maintaining a maintenance-free, washable and waterproof interior.

 

In lieu of an open deck, which this house had plenty of, Benchmark Services was able to provide our customer with a space that will add weeks of additional time to their outside experience. Benchmark was also able to provide an interior space that takes full advantage of surrounding views. The additional portion of this project was to upgrade all of the customer’s decking and railings on the exterior of the home.
